Will the AI make things up about my business?
It's instructed never to. It can only use the services, prices, FAQs and policies you approve. If a customer asks something outside that, it says it isn't sure and offers to connect them with your team.
Does it pretend to be a person?
No. The agent always identifies itself as an AI assistant, and the widget says so too.
How do follow-ups avoid spamming people?
You set the maximum number of follow-ups, the cooldown between them and quiet hours. Follow-ups stop the moment a customer replies, books, converts or asks to stop - opt-outs are detected instantly.
Which channels does it support today?
Website chat is live today, with follow-ups by email or in the chat thread. WhatsApp, SMS, calendar booking, CRM sync and voice AI are on the roadmap and marked as coming soon in the product.
Are the revenue numbers guaranteed?
No. Revenue figures are estimates based on the values recorded on each lead. Sanikya always labels them as estimates and shows converted revenue separately.
Who owns our data, and is it kept separate from other businesses?
You do. Every business is isolated at the database level, access is derived from your login (never from client-supplied IDs), and sensitive actions are audit-logged.
Which AI powers it?
Anthropic's Claude. AI traffic runs server-side; keys are never exposed to the browser.
