By creating a Sanikya account you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Use Sanikya only to communicate with people who have enquired with your business or who have given consent.
Honour opt-out requests. Do not attempt to bypass the opt-out or follow-up limits built into the product.
Provide accurate business information. The AI relies on what you approve and you are responsible for its accuracy.
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive communication.

Estimates

Revenue, value and recovery figures shown in Sanikya are estimates derived from information recorded on leads. They are not guarantees of revenue or results.

AI output

AI-generated replies, summaries and insights may contain errors. Review important conversations and correct estimates where needed.

Availability and changes

Features marked “coming soon” are not yet available. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sanikya is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
